Reclamation rules

Northman Outdoor s.r.o. Reclamation rules are based on civil code and applies only to goods, of which reclaim is properly applied during guarantee period. Please read detailed guarantee conditions.

Agreeing with claim conditions

Agreeing with claim conditions makes purchaser by sign an invoice, purchase agreement, or acceptance goods from conveyor and accept this by sign. Goods acceptance means the moment when the goods is taken from conveyor or taken from the post office.

Control is needed

Purchaser has to Check delivery, and apply the complaint to northman´s e-shop in guarantee period and without redundant delay if defect was approved. Also if purchaser finds any difference in prices or there isn´t invoice with delivery, he has to inform northman e-shop. If won´t, there is future risk with acceptance of possible reclaim.

Claim won´t be accept for goods:

  • mechanically damaged
  • there is delay in guarantee period
  • without proof of purchase
  • damaged by improper use in conflict with standard using of the product.

How to Reclaim?

Our company is trying to be for our customers as close as possible.  We know from our own experiences, and everyone knows about it, how unpleasant it is to reclaim any products. If some problem has appeared, please continue following instructions. This is the way how to apply your reclaim as fast as possible.

Goods came with damaged packaging

In this case the best way is not to take the packet, or Check together with consignee if the packet is complete with no damage in. Anyway the consignee has to make an protocol about damaged packet.

The package is fine, but the defect has appeared

Check your shopping list if guarantee period is still continuing (northman outdoor offers 6 months of guarantee period) and send the goods with your copy of certificate of warranty to our address. We check your claim immediately.

How to send the goods you want to reclaim

Please prepare your invoice, which was received with the goods. Pack claimed goods with the copy of delivery note or another document describing when you get the goods and description of defect. Send it to our address.

Transportation cost is paid by sender as well as the risk and responsibility for damaging package by transportation. Northman outdoor handled your claim within 30 days.
